Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities of this role include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, managing general ledger accounts, reconciling financial discrepancies, generating financial reports, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and general ledger management
• Knowledge of accounting tools, financial software, and ERP systems
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Understanding of tax preparation, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Prior experience in manufacturing or trading industry accounting is advantageous
