Job Summary:Vaaruni Jewellery is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Officer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to manage the financial operations of it new showroom VIAARA @Race course,Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting overall financial health of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements
- Monitor inventory-related accounting and stock reconciliation
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time
- Assist in audits (internal and statutory) and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and consultants
- Generate monthly reports for management decision-making
Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or jewellery industry
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (M.Com or CA-Inter)
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
