Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic plannin
• gLead the account team in developing and executing successful advertising campaign
• sEnsure client satisfaction and maintain a high level of service deliver
• yMonitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholder
• sWork with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to deliver successful campaigns on time and within budge
• tIdentify opportunities for account growth and develop proposals to win new busines
• sResponsible for identifying training needs for their team members and also be able to train them in certain area

Requirement

  Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related fi
• eld4-5 years of experience in account management within an advertising age
• ncyExcellent communication and leadership ski
• llsStrong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising chann
• elsProven track record of successful account management and client retent
• ionAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneou
