About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and client-focused Senior Account Manager to join our social media marketing team in New Delhi. As the bridge between our creative powerhouse and our diverse portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships, driving brand strategy, and identifying new avenues for business growth.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the social media landscape, a keen eye for brand aesthetics, and a proven track record in content strategy, client servicing and business development within a creative agency setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies for our social media and design teams.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
2. Content Strategy & Business Development
- Create and lead content strategies in collaboration with the design and content team.
- Lead and participate in pitch presentations for prospective clients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
3. Project Oversight
- Collaborate closely with the creative department to ensure brand designs and social media content align with the client's vision.
- Monitor campaign performance and present detailed reports with insights and ROI metrics.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all assets, from brand identity kits to monthly content calendars.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4-5 years in Client Servicing or Account Management within a digital/creative agency.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and the fundamentals of brand design.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Proven ability in business development and closing deals.
- Location: Ability to work on-site at our New Delhi office.
