Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to lead and manage key client accounts while ensuring financial compliance and operational excellence. The role demands a strategic professional capable of blending relationship management, sales growth, and statutory accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and account expansion.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations, billing, and service delivery.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, collections, and credit control.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, revenue forecasts, and client performance summaries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF & ESIC.
- Liaise with finance and HR teams for accurate deductions, filings, and documentation.
- Address client queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular reports and strategic inputs to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or finance operations.
- Working knowledge of:
- GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
- TDS deduction & returns
- PF & ESIC regulations and monthly reporting
- Strong command over Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a significant advantage.
