About the Role
Plan upsells, grow new revenue streams and drive revenue growth month-on-month
Delivering presentations/training and demonstrations to clients and relevant stakeholders
Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the company, product, service, or idea and drive initiatives at the
designated clientele
Extensive traveling across the assigned geography to meet the clients/customers and resolve
queries and issues
Collaborate with maintenance and installation teams for efficient project execution
Scheduling and executing marketing campaigns on sites that are onboarded in the system
Ensure all maintenance and site infrastructure is well maintained , and tasks are completed within
the assigned timelines
Generating revenues by selling Add-Ons and new services to the clients and meeting activation
targets
Share regular reports on customer feedback about product/services with management and other
Factors Influencing Client Acquisition
Monitoring and driving personal KRAs with 100% compliance
Build long term relationship with existing clients and interface with decision makers for repeat
business.
Key Competencies required:
Relationship management in a particular geography
Cross-functional collaboration for execution of projects and new initiatives
Manage on-ground operations and maintenance activities
Key Account management and upsell from the existing client portfolio
Client engagement and B2B sales and operations
Preferred Skills:
Should have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment
Comfortable traveling for client meetings
Min. 2-6 years of experience in Sales/brand activation/business development
Right exposure to handle customer expectations and work on resolution by aligning with internal
stakeholders
Proven track record and working experience as a relationship manager
