Job Summary
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary client liaison, responsible for strategic planning, campaign oversight, and ensuring results across multiple digital channels. While the role focuses on client management and strategic leadership, a strong understanding of performance marketing and digital technology is essential to guide internal teams and provide data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Strategic Leadership
- Act as the senior point of contact for high-value client accounts.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies.
- Lead quarterly planning, performance reviews, and strategic discussions with clients.
- Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to upselling/cross-selling efforts.
Campaign Oversight & Performance Understanding
- Manage and oversee campaigns across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Email Marketing, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and client objectives.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies based on performance data.
Technical & Martech Awareness
- Understand key technical aspects of campaigns, including GA4 reporting, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, pixel setup, CRM integrations, and marketing automation.
- Serve as the bridge between clients and internal technical teams to ensure campaigns are accurately tracked and measured.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative, media, content, and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers when necessary.
- Ensure smooth internal communication and accountability across teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Client satisfaction and retention rate
- Account growth and upsell revenue
- Campaign performance against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions)
- Timely delivery of client reporting and recommendations
- Team coordination and project execution efficiency
