The customer base is large enough that the expansion is real, the product is strong enough that customers want to grow with us, and the cross-functional partners are people who will make you better. You will own a real number, you will be trusted with a real book, and the work will stretch you in the ways that turn good AMs into great ones.
Two years of doing this well at Hevo, and you have a book of expansion wins, a network of senior data and engineering buyers, and the kind of NRR track record that gets you into any AM org you want next.
