Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales / Account Manager with a proven track record of winning staffing business with Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The role is focused on opening new doors, building long-term relationships with GCC decision-makers, and driving permanent and contract staffing revenues across technology and non-technology roles.
This is a hunterfarmer role requiring strong market knowledge of the GCC ecosystem, buying patterns, and staffing models.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & New Logo Acquisition
- Identify, target, and penetrate Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across industries (IT, Digital, Engineering, BFSI, Captives, Product Companies, etc.)
- Build and execute account entry strategies to open doors with CHROs, Talent Heads, TA Leaders, and Business Stakeholders
- Drive new staffing opportunities across:
- Permanent hiring
- Contract / temp staffing
- RPO / project-based hiring (where applicable)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, and closures
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow strategic GCC accounts, expanding wallet share across functions and geographies
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent market trends, hiring models, and workforce planning
- Partner closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure quality, speed, and client satisfaction
- Track account performance, forecasts, and revenue pipelines
Market & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong awareness of GCC market trends, expansions, and new setups
- Build relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, TA heads, and procurement teams
- Represent the organization in industry forums, networking events, and GCC-focused forums
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 10+ years of staffing sales / account management experience
- Demonstrated success in selling staffing solutions to GCCs / Captive Centers
- Strong understanding of:
- Permanent & contract staffing models
- GCC hiring structures and decision-making processes
- Existing GCC client network / relationships
- Proven ability to open new accounts and build business from scratch
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hunter-led sales role
Good to Have
- Experience selling tech, digital, engineering, or niche skill staffing
- Exposure to multi-country GCC engagements (India, Middle East, APAC, US)
