Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers. Be responsible for revenue retention (NRR) and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Be proficient with CXO mapping and leading CXO and Founder conversations.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of WebEngage's complex products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through upselling and cross-selling WebEngage product and service offerings.
  • Educate clients on industry best practices and new features to maximize the value they receive from WebEngage.
  • If you are someone who can find a needle in a haystack, we are looking for you to mine gold from this customer portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of end of end Sales experience in the Martech, Adtech, B2B SaaS or B2B solutions space.
  • Minimum 2-3 years SaaS sales with closing targets of 5 crores+ or 600K USD per year
  • Prior experience in the B2B sector is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Marketing or Business).
  • A Masters degree or MBA would be an advantage.
  • Consistent track record achieving quotas/targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data.
  • Self-motivated and driven to learn and adapt.
