Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales role at WhyCosmos, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base in the EdTech space. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective Schools, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships, managing sales teams, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves coordinating with other departments such as product and marketing to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ Years of direct selling to Schools (k12).
  • Have experience in achieving Annual targets over 3 Cr minimum in an IC role.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and managing performance-driven sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Sales Reporting software
  • Experience in the education or EdTech industry is Mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic and competitive environment
