Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager - Digital Marketing at Tidal 7 in Mumbai. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing digital marketing projects, developing strategies, overseeing creative campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Digital Marketing Strategy, Creative Campaign Management, and Social Media Management
Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Performance Marketing
Web & App Development knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role in the digital marketing industry
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Experience

Digital client servicing people with 6 to 7 years of experience in leading Digital agencies. People with experience in categories like B2B, Financial Services, Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG would be preferred.

Exposure to Social Media management across platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Exposure to other facets of digital marketing including Web development, SEO, Paid media including SEM, Display, SMM, Influencer Marketing.

Preference would be given to candidates who have handled at least one leading client for a continuous period of an year. Candidates skilled at driving organic growth for social channels especially Instagram would have an edge.
