What you'll own:
Campus ownership:
- Be the face of byteXL at the campusavailable, approachable, and action-oriented
- Live on-premises and be deeply embedded in the college ecosystem
- Walk the talk: embody byteXL's values in your day-to-day interactions
Learning outcomes and educator enablement
- Observe classrooms, track platform usage, and provide meaningful feedback to educators
- Mentor educators to show up on time, in form, and with fire
- Build a culture of improvement: push for better delivery, better energy, and better outcomes
- Plan classes, optimize educator time, and ensure smooth classroom operations
Student success and mentorship
- Be a mentor, not a managertalk to students, listen to their pain points, help them grow
- Analyze student performance data to identify gaps and fix them with help from central teams
- Spot the curious ones and guide them deeper into their learning journey
- Run student-focused events, coding challenges, and workshops in partnership with the industry
Stakeholder Management
- Own the relationship with college leadershipbe it Deans, TPOs, or HODs
- Share governance reports, conduct reviews, and manage expectations with diplomacy and data
- Lead renewal discussions with confidence and clarity
- Represent byteXL in every dinner, conversation, and difficult moment
Revenue Ownership
Own the pnl for the accounts in the region.
Strategic and cultural leadership
- Scout for better trainers and even future Account Managers
- Bring cultural change across the educator ecosystemmotivate, mentor, and mobilize
- Solve problems, improve processes, and leave things better than you found them
- Bring in emotional resilienceyou'll need itand stay curious through it all
