Role Description

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating strategic plans, and driving business development initiatives. This full-time, on-site position is based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, creating tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Client Relationship Management and Business Development.
  • Proficiency in Account Management, Strategic Planning, and Sales Negotiation.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven Leadership and Team Collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate, facility management, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to a dynamic environment.
