Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. This role is critical in maintaining financial discipline and supporting compliance in a dynamic food industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and PF.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the food or FMCG Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software SAP and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMA or MCOM
- Experience with inventory accounting or cost analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and GST return filing.
