Job Summary

We are seeking anexperienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executiveto manage day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience inIndian accounting practices, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance, includingGST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax. The role involves ensuringaccuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations, along with handling requirements related toSEZ compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manageday-to-day accounting activities, including financial transactions, reconciliations, and record maintenance
• Processmonthly payroll, ensuring accurate salary calculations and statutory deductions
• HandleProvident Fund (PF)payments and filings
• ManageProfessional Taxcalculations and compliance
• Prepare and fileESIC returnswithin statutory timelines
• Prepare and fileGST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• ManageTDS calculations, payments, and return filings
• Ensure compliance withSEZ requirements (SOFTEX, SERF filings)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for compliance and reporting
• Maintain properdocumentation for audits and regulatory purposes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 4-6 years of experiencein accounting and statutory compliance
• Strong knowledge ofGST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax
• Experience inpayroll processing and statutory deductions
• Familiarity withSEZ compliance (SOFTEX, SERF)is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Goodanalytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
