About the Role

Bon La Vie is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and maintenance of books of accounts.
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain GST and TDS records, support statutory return filings, and coordinate with Chartered Accountants.
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management reports as required.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain proper financial documentation.
Monitor banking transactions, expenses, employee reimbursements, payment schedules, and cash flow.
Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or in a similar finance role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and India statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Retail, D2C, or E-commerce is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
Basic understanding of payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
