Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who can own the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure for our global SaaS product.

This role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to understand complex client requirements, and experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Ownership

Manage the entire sales lifecycle: discovery demo proposal negotiation closure

Handle inbound and outbound qualified leads

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

2. Client Consultation

Understand client workflows (printing, packaging, eCommerce)

Recommend tailored solutions using DesignNBuy platform

Deliver high-impact product demos to global clients

3. Deal Management

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Drive deal velocity and reduce sales cycle time

Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures

4. Collaboration

Work closely with:

Marketing (lead quality & campaigns)

Customer Success (handover & onboarding)

Product team (feature feedback from clients)

5. Market Expansion

Identify new opportunities in:

Print service providers

Packaging companies

B2B eCommerce segments

Required Skills & Experience

  • 48 years in B2B SaaS Sales / Account Executive role
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Experience selling to international clients (US/EU preferred)

Strong understanding of:

  • eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • SaaS sales cycles

Excellent skills in:

Communication & presentation

Negotiation & objection handling

Stakeholder management

Good to Have

Experience in web-to-print / print / packaging domain

Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho,HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Exposure to consultative solution-based selling
