Job Description

Role Overview

This role is focused on driving new business growth through proactive market engagement and enterprise sales. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new customer opportunities, with full ownership of the sales lifecycle.

This position requires a strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, create demand, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships across enterprise platforms and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new enterprise accounts through targeted outreach and market development
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain a strong qualified sales pipeline
  • Drive sales of enterprise platforms and services including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP
  • Engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales and Delivery teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates
  • Work closely with OEMs and partners in partner-led and co-selling engagements
  • Achieve assigned new business revenue and growth targets

Required Experience & Skills

  • 715 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Experience selling IT services, consulting, or enterprise platforms
  • Strong ability to initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and progress deals independently
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP ecosystems
  • Experience working within partner-led sales models
  • Sales experience across GCC, US, Europe, or APAC markets
  • Understanding of consulting-led or transformation-driven sales motions

Performance Measures

  • New customer acquisition and market expansion
  • Pipeline generation and conversion rates
  • Revenue achievement against assigned targets
  • Deal size, velocity, and forecast accuracy
