Acting as a coordinator between drilling contractors and operators, ADIL has successfully represented international partners such as Jasper Offshore, CPOE (CNPC subsidiary), and Gulf Drilling International in ONGC offshore jack-up rig projects, including crew and material support for contract execution.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Executive role based in Dwarka. The Senior Account Executive will manage key client relationships in the upstream oil and gas sector, serving as a primary point of contact for both domestic and international partners. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with drilling contractors and operators, supporting tendering and bid processes, preparing proposals and commercial documentation, and tracking contract performance. The role involves monitoring project milestones, facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely support with crew, materials, and services as per contractual commitments. The Senior Account Executive will also help identify new business opportunities, support market research and competitor analysis, and contribute to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, with experience handling key accounts or strategic partners in B2B environments.
- Solid understanding of the upstream oil and gas sector, preferably with exposure to drilling operations, rig contracts, or related services.
- Proficiency in commercial documentation, proposals, and tender/bid preparation, including basic contract terms and pricing structures.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to coordinate among multiple stakeholders and cultures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data, reports, and project tracking tools.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience (typically 4–7 years) in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in oil and gas or industrial services.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and coordination with partners and operators.
