Company Overview
We are a fast-growing restaurant and hospitality company operating multiple food brands, catering operations, cloud kitchens, and hospitality venues. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable accounts professional who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, taxation compliance, reporting, and financial coordination across our business units.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Busy/Zoho or relevant accounting software.
- Maintain purchase, sales, cash, bank, and journal entries accurately.
- Reconcile daily sales reports from restaurants, POS systems, online delivery platforms, and catering operations.
- Monitor petty cash and cash handling procedures across outlets.
Vendor & Payables Management
- Handle vendor invoices, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers, kitchen vendors, packaging vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
GST & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper tax documentation and compliance records.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for taxation, TDS, and annual filings.
Banking & Reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
- Monitor company cash flow and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with banks for account-related documentation and transactions.
Payroll & Expense Management
- Assist in salary processing and employee reimbursements.
- Verify outlet expenses and ensure proper approvals/documentation.
- Track operational costs and identify discrepancies.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Maintain P&L tracking for restaurant outlets and catering operations.
- Support management with budgeting and expense analysis.
Inventory & Cost Control Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen/store teams for stock reconciliation.
- Assist in food cost analysis and inventory audits.
- Track wastage, pilferage, and operational variances where required.
Audit & Documentation
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Ensure all accounting records are compliant and up to date.
Candidate Requirements / Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Additional accounting certifications are a plus.
Experience
- 2–6 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, cloud kitchens, or hospitality industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good command over Tally Prime, Excel, and accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets/accounts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Details
