The Senior Academic Counselor will primarily be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic and career development. Key responsibilities include offering tailored academic and career counseling, addressing individual needs, and assisting students in building effective preparation strategies for their exams. The role will also involve conducting regular student assessments and providing feedback to improve performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to assist students in achieving their academic and career goals
• Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills to effectively engage with students and provide actionable guidance
• Experience or a background in Education with a comprehensive understanding of competitive exam preparation methods
• Empathy, patience, and a student-centric mindset to ensure a positive learning experience for all
• Knowledge of the veterinary field or previous experience working with veterinary students is an added advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
