Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
- Student Counseling: Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students specifically for JEE/NEET programs.
- Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final sales conversion.
- Target Achievement: Work toward achieving specific weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate details regarding courses, fees, and academic offerings to help students make informed decisions.
- Documentation & Reporting: * Maintain proper documentation of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
- Follow-up: Proactively follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
