Senior Academic Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Academic Counselor. The Senior Academic Counselor will guide and support students by providing academic advising and career counseling. Responsibilities include identifying students educational needs, recommending appropriate programs, addressing queries, and helping students achieve their academic and career goals. Additional tasks include maintaining student records, conducting orientation sessions, and contributing to enrollment growth by building rapport with prospective students.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners in their academic and professional development
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
• Experience in Academic Advising with a focus on understanding diverse educational pathways
• Familiarity with the Education domain and emerging trends in training and skill development
• Empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in academic or career counseling roles is advantageous
