We operate high-touch, data-driven student engagement programs that improve enrollment conversions, retention rates, and learner outcomes. This role is for an onsite senior counsellor who will drive academic guidance, admissions support, and student success initiatives across pan-India cohorts.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one academic and career counselling to prospective and enrolled studentsassess needs, set learning goals, and create personalised study/admissions plans.
- Manage end-to-end admissions counselling and conversion activities: prospect engagement, application guidance, documentation support, and offer closure to meet enrollment targets.
- Monitor student progress and retentionproactively intervene with action plans, coordinate remedial support, and escalate academic risks to faculty and operations.
- Use CRM and LMS tools to log interactions, track pipelines, generate reports, and ensure timely follow-ups and SLA adherence.
- Conduct group workshops, orientation sessions, and career-prep activities (mock interviews, CV reviews, exam strategy) to boost outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate MIS, performance dashboards, and compliance documentation; mentor junior counselors and contribute to process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Psychology/Related fields preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in academic counselling, admissions, or student success roles (Indian education market preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting enrollment/retention targets and managing high-volume counselling pipelines.
- Experience with CRM systems (LeadSquared/Salesforce) and LMS platforms (Moodle/Canvas) for counselling workflows.
- Strong MIS/reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and comfort with KPI-driven performance dashboards.
- Ability to handle sensitive student cases with confidentiality and professional counselling techniques.
Preferred
- Master's degree or certification in Counselling, Educational Guidance, or Career Coaching.
- Experience in higher-education admissions, vocational training programs, or EdTech counselling operations.
- Multilingual capability (English plus Hindi or regional language) for pan-India outreach.
