Role Description

This is a full-time, WFO position for an Senior Education Counsellor based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will in meet the Student and Parent on VC or in -person in our Sri Chaitanya Academy and guide and support students in selecting suitable academic programs, address their educational queries, and provide personalized advice to help them achieve their potential. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising students, coordinating with parents, and selling apt courses of Infinity Learn.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents
• Advisory, counseling, and mentorship skills to support learners in identifying their academic plans
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with individuals
• Prior experience in academic counseling or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with EdTech solutions and platforms is an advantage
