- Looking for Graduates only

- Required Exp : 1.5 to 2 yrs of Edtech Exp.

- Excellent communication skills required

- Looking for immediate joiners or 7-15 days Notice period

- Mode : Hybrid : 1 month WFH then WFO location Banglore & Gurgaon

- Salary upto 11 LPA

Preferred Background:

Prior experience in EdTech sales or combined EdTech + Non-EdTech sales roles

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Experience in consultative selling and high-ticket sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct consultative discussions with prospective learners to understand their upskilling and career goals.

Recommend suitable programs and ensure successful enrollments.

Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure.

Maintain high conversion rates and revenue performance.

Mentor junior BDAs and support team performance goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and learner experience.

Deliver consistent performance aligned with company revenue objectives
