Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram for the position of Senior Academic Advisor. The Senior Academic Advisor will work closely with students to provide academic and career counseling, assist in course selection, and guide students in achieving their educational and career aspirations. Additional responsibilities involve monitoring academic progress, resolving student concerns, and collaborating with faculty and administration to enhance the learning experience and support services and improve admissions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in overcoming academic and professional challenges.
- Proven skills in Academic Advising and Education, with an ability to assist students in selecting courses and creating academic plans.
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with students, faculty, and staff, and providing clear guidance and support.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and foster a supportive academic environment.
- Prior experience in a similar advisory role or in the education sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is highly preferred.
