Your tasks
- Defect Identification Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams.
- Performance Analysis Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights to improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaboration Work closely with software developers, system architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
- Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality standards. - Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 5G technologies and testing methodologies, and contribute to process improvements within the testing team.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on telecommunications and 5G signaling protocols.
- Strong knowledge of 5G signaling protocols, including but not limited to NR, RRC, NAS, and their respective testing methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks for protocol analysis and performance testing.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
