Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior 3D Artist with strong expertise in Unity game asset creation and optimization. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the complete 3D pipeline, from modeling to Unity integration, with a strong focus on performance optimization.
Key Skills Required
● 3D Modeling (High-poly & Low-poly)
● Retopology (High → Low poly workflows)
● Rigging & Animation
● Texturing (PBR workflows)
● Strong experience with Unity asset pipeline
● Mesh optimization & vertex reduction for real-time performance
Responsibilities
● Create and optimize game-ready 3D assets (characters, props, environments)
● Handle the end-to-end pipeline: modeling → texturing → rigging → animation → Unity integration
● Ensure assets meet performance budgets (polycount, draw calls, memory)
Tools
● Blender / Maya / 3ds Max
● Substance Painter / Photoshop
● Unity
