Position Overview

PirgalConsulting is looking for amotivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter)to join ourLegal & Compliance teamas aLegal Associate / Legal Compliance Executive. The role involves supporting legal, taxation, and regulatory compliance functions for clients. The candidate will work closely with senior professionals and partners while gaining hands-on exposure to corporate laws, tax regulations, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Assistin managing legal and regulatory compliance related tocorporate laws, GST, and Income Tax.
  • Support in preparing and reviewing legal documentation, agreements, and compliance records.
  • Assistin drafting replies, submissions, and documentation for notices received from regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain proper records of statutory filings, compliance documents, and legal correspondence.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Assistin monitoring statutory deadlines and ensuringtimelyregulatory filings.
  • Prepare andmaintaincompliance trackers and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required documents for legal and compliance processes.
  • Support in preparing compliance reports andmaintainingorganized legal records.

Legal Research & Support

  • Conduct research oncorporate laws, tax laws, and regulatory updates.
  • Assistsenior team members in handling compliance-related assignments.
  • Provide regular updates to the Partner/Managerregardingassigned work and compliance status.

Requirements

  • Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) Both groups completed preferred.
  • Articleshipexperience intaxation, compliance, legal documentation, or regulatory workwill be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding ofIncome Tax, GST, and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
