Role Overview

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant who wants to work beyond routine accounting and compliance.

This role offers hands-on exposure to backend structuring, MIS systems, compliance architecture, internal controls, and strategic finance support - making you part of real business transformation.

You will work closely with founders, senior CAs and advisory teams to create clarity, control and operational discipline across client businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting and finalisation of books for multiple client businesses

Assist in preparation of financial statements, projections and MIS dashboards

Handle GST, TDS, Income-tax and statutory compliance workflows

Participate in backend system structuring, SOP design and control frameworks

Perform compliance health checks and identify risk gaps

Coordinate with clients for documentation, data flow and process improvements

Contribute to creating scalable, repeatable finance & compliance systems

Who Should Apply

Strong conceptual clarity in Accounting, GST, TDS and Income-tax

Comfortable with Excel, working papers and structured documentation

Curious, system-oriented and growth-focused mindset

Someone who wants to build advisory + system design skills, not just compliance execution
