Open Role: Senior SEM / PPC Campaign Manager (Part-time | Remote)OverviewWe're partnering with a senior-level SEM/PPC professional who can step in quickly, take ownership of paid search performance, and deliver steady improvements across active campaigns. This is a part-time, fully remote position for someone who is comfortable working independently, prioritizing based on impact, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
What You'll Own- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build and refine SEM/PPC plans that align with growth targets (lead gen and/or revenue).
- Account Health & Structure: Maintain clean, scalable structures (naming conventions, segmentation, negative keyword strategy, audiences).
- Performance Optimization: Improve efficiency through bidding strategy adjustments, query mining, creative iteration, and landing page recommendations.
- Budget & Pacing Control: Allocate spend intelligently and protect performance while scaling where it makes sense.
- Measurement & Reporting: Ensure conversion tracking is reliable and provide concise updates with insights and next actions.
- Testing Framework: Run ongoing experiments across ads, keywords, audiences, and funnel stepsdocumenting outcomes and learnings.
Platforms & ScopePrimary focus is Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Remarketing).
Experience with Microsoft Ads and paid social (Meta/LinkedIn) is a strong advantage.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience with measurable results (agency or multi-account experience preferred)
- Strong ability to diagnose issues and improve KPIs such as CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, CTR, Quality Score
- Solid understanding of tracking fundamentals: GA4, GTM, conversion events, UTMs, attribution basics
- A structured, methodical approach to optimization and experimentation
- Self-management and reliability in a remote, part-time setup
- Professional English communication (written and spoken)
