We are seeking an experienced SEM Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns, with primary responsibility for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The role requires a data-driven professional who can deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives in a software product-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and remarketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy development, and performance testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, and ROI
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, content, and design teams, to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while ensuring compliance with organizational and platform policies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in search engine marketing.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in search engine marketing, preferably within a software product, SaaS, or B2B organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (mandatory).
- Strong experience in B2B lead generation and full-funnel campaign management.
- Proficient in GA4 Google Tag Manager, and paid media conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a structured and disciplined manner.
