We're now looking for a results-oriented SEM Executive/ Manager to join our performance marketing team and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta and linked in.
Roles and responsibilities -
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram).
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
- Set up, monitor, and manage ad campaigns with clear performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and suggest data-backed optimizations.
- Work with the design/content team for creatives and landing page alignment.
- SEO expertise is good to have, however not mandatory.
- Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and new features.
What We're Looking For -
- 13 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO ( good to have )
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, KPIs, bidding strategies, and pixel tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite
- Analytical mindset and good with numbers
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
- Team player with a learning attitude

Required Skills & Experience
- 13 years (Executive) / 36 years (Manager) of SEM experience in a digital agency
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong optimization and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Meta Ads or other paid media platforms
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy
- Certification in Google Ads
Client & Agency Exposure
- Participate in client discussions, performance reviews, and strategy planning
- Handle fast-paced delivery and frequent campaign iterations typical of an agency environment
