Job Description

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency that works with bold, growth-driven brands across industries. Our team thrives on creativity, performance, and a test-and-learn mindset.

We're now looking for a results-oriented SEM Executive/ Manager to join our performance marketing team and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta and linked in.

Roles and responsibilities -

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Set up, monitor, and manage ad campaigns with clear performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and suggest data-backed optimizations.
  • Work with the design/content team for creatives and landing page alignment.
  • SEO expertise is good to have, however not mandatory.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and new features.

What We're Looking For -

  • 13 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO ( good to have )
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, KPIs, bidding strategies, and pixel tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite
  • Analytical mindset and good with numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
  • Team player with a learning attitude

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13 years (Executive) / 36 years (Manager) of SEM experience in a digital agency
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and analytics tools
  • Data-driven mindset with strong optimization and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with Meta Ads or other paid media platforms
  • Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy
  • Certification in Google Ads

Client & Agency Exposure

  • Participate in client discussions, performance reviews, and strategy planning
  • Handle fast-paced delivery and frequent campaign iterations typical of an agency environment
