Job Title: Equity Research (Associate/Senior Associate)

Job Purpose
Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for it's Sell-Side Research & Operations team based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and updating detailed financial models and carrying out valuations
- Preparing earnings reviews and previews
- Providing initiation of coverage support, including building models, valuation, and writing reports
- Collecting and analyzing company and industry news
- Handling routine periodic updates and client requests
- Updating/creating marketing presentations
- Preparing data tables and charts for senior analysts to use in reports and presentations
- Assisting in writing industry and thematic reports and earnings conference call summaries
- Maintaining constant communication with the client independently
- Preparing and implement checklist, dashboard, quality control tools to ensure accuracy
- Providing input and ideas for improvement in TAT and efficiency
- Learning and adopting best practices from senior analysts and team members
Key Competencies
- Educational Qualification - MBA/ CFA/ CA.
- Relevant experience of 2+ years supporting banking space
- Excellent financial modeling skills - building complex, error-free models with well-defined revenue/cost driver assumptions
- Numerical abilities
- Solution-oriented and self-driven
- Detailfocused mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple fastpaced workflows
- Good client relationship management skills and communication skills
