Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Services Professional, you will manage all recruiting activities related to attracting, selecting, and hiring candidates for clients. You will proactively engage with clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop Recruiting Strategies: Define, develop, and implement robust recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives, ensuring a deep understanding of the client's needs, industry, and competitive forces.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Proactively engage with clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands, effectively communicating the client's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to both the external and internal market.
  • Ensure Process Alignment: Ensure that talent processes align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls, anticipating and addressing potential delivery challenges proactively.
  • Analyze Data: Leverage data to support discussions and implement simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery.
  • Lead Team Members: Provide work direction, guide employees on various processes, and act as a point of escalation for team members.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Exposure to Recruiting Strategies: Experience working with recruiting and sourcing strategies, understanding client needs, industry, and competitive forces to develop effective plans.
  • Client Relationship Management: Exposure to managing client relationships, understanding hiring demands, and communicating Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to internal and external markets.
  • Process Alignment: Experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls to ensure talent process alignment.
  • Data Analysis: Exposure to leveraging data to support discussions, implementing simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Experience providing work direction, guiding employees on processes, and acting as a point of escalation for team members.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Data Analysis Tools: Exposure to leveraging data analysis tools to support discussions and implement simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery.
  • Talent Management Systems: Experience working with talent management systems to ensure process alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to understanding client industries and competitive forces to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
