- Collaborate with HR and management to integrate security training into onboarding and continuous education initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in security training or a related field.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design engaging training materials and programs.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including LMS platforms.
- Experience in conducting assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
