Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Screener located in Chennai. The Security Screener will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff, and aircraft through thorough screening procedures. Daily tasks include inspecting luggage, conducting pat-downs, operating security equipment, and adhering to aviation security regulations. The Security Screener will also be responsible for maintaining logs and reports of screening activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating security screening equipment and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to identify potential security threats
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow protocols and procedures meticulously
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
• Experience in aviation security or related field is a plus
• Relevant security certifications and training
• High school diploma or equivalent
