Security Operations Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build AI systems that reason through real-world security incidents — and we need experienced SOC analysts to make it happen.
Your expertise in threat detection, alert triage, and incident response will directly shape how next-generation AI understands and navigates modern security operations. This is a rare opportunity to influence frontier AI from the inside, without leaving your area of expertise.

- Classify alert severity, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
- Review AI-generated detection logic and investigation outputs for accuracy and real-world alignment
- Validate that AI responses reflect how skilled analysts actually detect, triage, and respond to threats
- Provide structured feedback that directly improves AI model performance in security contexts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
