Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Officer located in Pune. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security emergencies. Additional responsibilities include enforcing security protocols, controlling access to the premises, and creating detailed incident reports when necessary. The Security Officer will work closely with management to ensure a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficient in monitoring and managing security systems, including CCTV surveillance and alarm systems
• Experience with access control systems, visitor management, and perimeter security
• Strong situational awareness, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures, risk assessment, and loss prevention strategies
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel
• Ability to stay vigilant and attentive during long shifts
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security-related certifications are a plus
