Job Summary:

The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the residential-cum-office premises of Dallar Luxury Products at Dadar. The role involves monitoring entry and exit, managing security personnel, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols to safeguard the property, staff, and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
. Monitor and control access to the premises for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
. Maintain visitor and entry logs, and ensure all security procedures are followed.
. Conduct regular patrols of the building, including residential and office areas.
. Supervise security staff and ensure proper deployment at all checkpoints.
. Respond promptly to any suspicious activity, emergencies, or alarms.
. Coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams for safety and emergency measures.
. Ensure CCTV surveillance systems are operational and regularly reviewed.
. Prepare daily security reports and incident logs.
. Conduct regular fire and safety checks of the premises.
. Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies by all staff and residents.
. Liaise with local authorities or emergency services when required.

Job Expectations:

Requirements:

. Experience handling both residential and office security operations.
. Good knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and emergency protocols.
. Strong communication and observation skills.
. Physically fit, alert, and reliable.
. Preferably from a defense or security background.

Minimum Qualification:

Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline/ Security training certification preferred

Minimum Job Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Security Officer, preferably in residential or mixed-use properties.
