We are seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals for the position of Security Officer/Air Hostess. This role is essential for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers and crew. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. This position is open to freshers/entry-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members during flights
- Conduct security checks at various airport checkpoints
- Assist in boarding and disembarking of passengers
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules and safety procedures
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Collaborate with airport security and law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Conduct emergency drills and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to passengers
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
- Basic knowledge of aviation security procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency response procedures
- Good physical fitness and stamina for long hours of standing or walking
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with other staff members
- Customer service skills to assist passengers with their inquiries
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
