Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Security Manager. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures to safeguard physical assets, personnel, and information systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing security protocols, managing physical security operations, overseeing cybersecurity measures, and handling security incidents or breaches. The Security Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and ensure both employee and asset safety.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management to oversee on-ground security measures and personnel.
- Knowledge and experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity to develop and enforce data protection strategies.
- Expertise in Network Security to identify and mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities in IT systems.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to manage security challenges effectively.
- Ability to conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with national and industry security regulations.
- Experience in the real estate construction sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, IT Security, or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus.
