Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end‑to‑end security operations of ITES/manufacturing facilities, ensuring safety of people, assets, processes, and compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations, access control, surveillance, and patrolling.
- Implement security SOPs, emergency response plans, and compliance protocols.
- Manage security manpower, shift deployment, and training.
- Monitor CCTV, incident logs, and coordinate investigations.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and internal teams on security matters.
- Conduct risk assessments, fire/safety drills, and internal audits.
- Ensure protection of high‑value assets, production areas, and critical IT zones.
- Verify vendor billing, maintain documentation, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Must be an Ex - Service man.
- Experience in Manufacturing plant is must
