Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced B2B and Channel Sales Manager to drive sales of Fire Alarm Systems and Security Solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, PA).
The role involves handling channel partners, system integrators, electrical contractors, and corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B and channel sales for Fire Alarm & Security products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with system integrators, electrical contractors, and distributors.
- Identify new partners and expand channel network in the assigned region.
- Promote brands such as Morley, Honeywell, Ravel, Agni, GST, Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, etc.
- Meet consultants, PMCs, facility managers, and project clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable ELV solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project proposals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and partner training sessions.
- Track competitor activities and pricing in the region.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Fire Alarm & Security Solutions (ELV).
- Good network among SI partners, contractors, and B2B clients.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Background
- Experience in system integrators, OEMs, or distributors.
- Exposure to project sales in commercial, industrial, or IT/ITES sectors.
- Understanding of BOQs, layouts, tenders, and project documentation.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech preferred.
- ELV industry experience is mandatory.
