Job Title: Security Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Security Expert with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise security solutions. The role involves securing infrastructure, networks, endpoints, identities, and cloud environments with a strong focus on Sophos Firewall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain security architecture and secure-by-design principles
- Lead network and firewall security (Sophos Firewall expertise mandatory)
- Manage Identity & Access Security (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA)
- Implement endpoint security using Microsoft Defender and Intune
- Establish server and infrastructure hardening standards (Windows, Linux, Hyper-V)
- Oversee Microsoft 365 security and compliance (DLP, Secure Score, Defender)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident management
- Develop security policies, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Act as Level 3 escalation for security incidents and risks
- Lead quarterly security attack and defense simulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Security
- Strong hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall
- Expertise in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and server hardening
- Experience with Microsoft security stack (Defender, Entra ID, Intune, M365)
- Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and identity management
