This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Guard located in Bhubaneswar. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine patrols, monitoring security systems, controlling access to premises, responding to security incidents, and maintaining detailed incident reports. The Security Guard will also support maintaining a safe and secure environment by following security protocols and procedures effectively.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused attitude to effectively communicate and interact with clients, employees, and visitors
Skills in Physical Security and Private Security for ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets
Experience with Personnel Security protocols and practices for maintaining safety in diverse environments
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies or suspicious activities
Vigilance and attention to detail in monitoring security systems and identifying potential threats
Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and other job-related tasks as needed
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional security training or certification is a plus
