Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Guard located in Bhubaneswar. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring and assessing safety and security risks, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and property. Responsibilities include maintaining access control, reporting suspicious activities, responding to emergencies promptly, and delivering excellent customer service while upholding company security policies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security measures
- Proficient in providing excellent Customer Service while addressing inquiries and concerns
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills for communication and team collaboration
- Ability to act quickly and effectively in emergencies and critical situations
- Prior experience in security or a related field is advantageous
- Physical fitness to perform security duties efficiently
- Relevant certifications or training in security or safety practices preferred
