Patrolling: Regularly patrol the premises, both inside and outside, to detect and prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, theft, or other security breaches.
Monitoring: Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and other surveillance systems to monitor real-time activity on-site.
Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying the identification of employees, visitors, and contractors. Issue visitor badges and ensure all security protocols are followed.
Incident Response: Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies, including medical situations, fires, or criminal activity. Report incidents and assist in investigations as needed.
Security Checks: Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure security systems are functioning, and ensure all entry/exit points are secure.
Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and maintenance issues. Prepare incident reports when necessary.
Customer Service: Greet visitors, employees, and contractors in a courteous manner. Provide assistance and directions as needed while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Enforce Policies: Enforce company security policies, rules, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Emergency Protocols: Act as a point of contact during emergencies, assisting with evacuations, first aid, or coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
